From a form link to a printed QR
A Google Forms QR opens the form on the scanner’s phone. Put it on a feedback card, event invitation, or classroom handout so people can reach the right form without typing its address.
Copy the responder link from your published form, paste it above, and download your QR. Keep any prefilled values you need in the link. Avoid using an editor link or a link that edits someone’s existing response.

Choose the right code before you print
The download on this page is static: it contains your form link directly. It needs no Scanely account and adds no Scanely redirect. If the form keeps the same link and remains available, the code keeps pointing to it.
If you expect to replace a form or compare scans across print placements, create a dynamic QR in Scanely. You can update its destination later. Download that new dynamic QR before printing, because an existing static print cannot be changed into a tracked code.
Make it easy to scan
Use dark QR modules on a light background and keep the blank border around the code. Pick a size suited to the scanning distance, then test the final printed layout. A short instruction such as “Scan to register” helps people know what to expect.
After downloading, you can read the QR from the saved image to check the encoded link. To confirm the complete journey, scan it with a phone and submit a test response in Google Forms.

Will my Google Forms QR code expire?
Scanely does not set an expiry on this static QR. It keeps opening the same link, so the form must remain published and accessible. Deleting the form, restricting access, or closing responses can stop people from using it.
Can I change the form after printing?
Editing questions usually keeps the same responder link. Replacing the form with a different URL requires a new static QR. To change destinations without reprinting, create a dynamic QR in your Scanely account before you print.
Can I track responses with this QR?
The free static download does not track scans. A dynamic Scanely QR can count scans, while Google Forms records submitted responses. A scan is not a submission; Scanely does not read your form answers.
Do people need a Google account to fill out my form?
That depends on your form settings. Test the responder link while signed out and confirm it allows your intended audience to submit a response. Generating a QR does not change those permissions.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
PNG works for digital sharing and small layouts at its exported resolution. SVG stays sharp when resized for signs and posters. Keep the blank border and test a physical proof before printing a batch.
