Our promise for printed QR codes
A printed QR code has to keep working. These commitments cover every Scanely code on every plan, and they are part of our Terms of Service.
Your codes keep working when you stop paying
If you cancel, downgrade or a payment fails, every existing code keeps redirecting under the Free plan's rules. Link codes then show a Scanely screen for about one second before they open. We never switch a code off because you stopped paying.
No trial that runs out
Free is a plan, not a trial: no card and no time limit. Free codes never expire, and a monthly scan allowance never stops a redirect.
We block a code only for abuse, and we tell you
A code stops only when you pause or delete it, when you set an expiry date or a scan cap, or when we block it. We block a code or suspend an account only when it breaks our Terms of Service, for example with a link to phishing, malware or a scam found by Google Web Risk or reported to us, or when the law requires it. We always email the owner, and a reply reaches a person.
Your redirect map is yours
On every plan, Free included, you can download a CSV file with every code, its short link, where it opens and every link a scan can reach. In the dashboard: QR codes, then Export redirect map (CSV).
Fair billing
Monthly plans are billed monthly, and yearly billing is optional. You cancel in the dashboard at any time, with no fee. Paid plans and lifetime deals come with a 14-day full refund.
A person answers
Write to hello@scanely.io. A person replies within one business day.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account deletes its codes, and printed codes stop working. The dashboard warns you and offers the redirect map before you confirm.
If Scanely ever shuts down
We will email every account owner in advance, and the redirect map stays available until the end, so you know where every printed code leads and can replace it. Printed codes point to scanely.io, so they need Scanely to keep running.

Questions
What happens to my QR codes if I stop paying?
They keep redirecting. When a paid period ends, whether you cancelled, downgraded or a payment failed, the account returns to Free and every existing code keeps working under Free rules. Link codes then show a Scanely screen for about one second before they open.
Can Scanely switch off a printed QR code?
Only if it breaks the Terms of Service, for example with a link to phishing, malware or a scam, or if the law requires it. We email the owner every time, and a reply reaches a person.
Can I get a list of where all my codes lead?
Yes, on every plan, Free included. In the dashboard, open QR codes and choose Export redirect map (CSV). The file lists every code, its short link, where it opens and every link a scan can reach.
What happens to printed codes if Scanely shuts down?
We will email every account owner in advance and keep the redirect map available until the end, so you can replace each printed code. Printed codes point to scanely.io, so they stop working when the service stops.
