Find your Google review link

  1. Open Google Business Profile for the location you want customers to review.
  2. Choose Read reviews → Get more reviews, then copy the link.
  3. Paste it above, add your business name, and choose a print format.
  4. Scan the final print with a phone and check that it reaches the right location.

Google also provides its own QR image. This tool helps you turn the link into a card, sign, or folded stand with a clear invitation. See Google’s current instructions.

Ask for an honest experience

Invite every customer to share feedback. Use a neutral message such as “Tell us about your experience,” without rewards or requests for a particular rating. Google’s review guidance explains the account requirement and why incentives are not allowed.

A small card, a sign, or a table stand

The 3.5 × 2 inch card works with a receipt. Use a US Letter sign near your counter or a folded stand on a table. Keep enough contrast and leave the blank border around the QR. Larger signs make longer review links easier to print clearly.

For another use, explore our QR print templates, make a feedback form QR, or link a PDF menu. You can also check the QR in your downloaded image.

Scanely is independent of Google. Generating a QR does not verify a Business Profile or guarantee reviews.

Questions before you print

Is this Google review QR generator free?

Yes. Download a static QR as PNG or SVG and a print-ready card or sign as PDF. No account, watermark, or Scanely scan limit.

Does Google already provide a free review QR?

Yes. Google Business Profile can supply the link and QR. Scanely adds colors and printable layouts with your business name and invitation, including US business cards, Letter signs, and folded table stands.

Does the QR open the review form directly?

A direct review link can open the review flow. Short Google Maps links may instead open a listing. Scan the final QR and check the correct business and review screen before printing. This tool checks link format, not the business behind it.

Do customers need a Google account?

Yes, customers must sign into a Google account to leave a Google review. Scanning the QR does not remove that requirement.

Can Scanely track how many reviews I receive?

The free static code does not track scans or reviews. An optional dynamic Scanely QR can count scans, but a scan is not a posted review. Scanely does not read your Google reviews.

Can I change the destination after printing?

A static QR always contains the same link. For editable destinations and scan tracking, create and download a new dynamic QR before printing. A static print cannot be converted later.
