The QR opens a record.
You confirm the stock change.
One blue T-shirt SKU. Two locations. Try receiving, picking, and transferring units, then inspect the event history.
Practice data only. Changes stay in this page and reset on reload. Different devices do not share stock. This is a teaching example, not a connected inventory system.

Opening this record has not changed the opening count.
Try this sequence
- Receive 6 into A, ID
RCV-001. Total: 18. - Pick 4 from A, ID
PICK-001. Total: 14. - Transfer 5 from A to B, ID
MOVE-001. A: 9, B: 5, total: 14.
Try the same event ID twice, or pick more units than a location holds. The example rejects the change.

A real implementation needs authenticated users, shared storage, server-side validation, duplicate-event protection, and an audit trail. Scan analytics alone cannot establish stock balances.
